Origami Boxes made from original vintage LP covers, displaying the art of that era in a unique way. An interactive decorative item for home or office. The lid of the box is generally made from the front of the LP cover and the base of the box is made from the back of the cover.
Many different boxes are available, displaying different typography or many famouse faces like, Frank Sinatra, Diana Ross, Barbara Streisand, Shirley Bassey, John Denver, Karen and Richard Carpenter, Tom Jones and more!
These boxes may be placed in rows on a coffee table as a centrepiece or piled in a large bowl, stacked on a bookshelf or mounted on the wall! They may be used for light storage or for gifts. The boxes are individually hand cut, measured and folded and are not glued stitched or stapled. Each box measures approx 11 cm2 [4.3in] and 5.5cm [2.2in] deep.

Shipping: Parcels are shipped within 3-4 business days from the time payment is received. South Africa - Products are shipped with Econoparcel at a cost of R25, except for larger items, which are sent at normal parcel rates. Overseas - Parcels are sent registerd airmail with the South African Post Office. Each customer is responsible for import fees which may be levied by their country’s border control. You will be notified by email once your product has been shipped and it should arrive within 2 weeks. Local Durbanites - Pick up can be arranged. Vintage Refreshed: Our products are all hand-made. Many of them make use of vintage materials. Please understand that these may show signs of wear and tear. Appreciate the unique touch that the passing of time has added to the product. Your product may vary from the one photographed, as most of the products are handmade and the recycled material may vary.
