Payment :

Setcom is used to process orders. Setcom is a safe way to buy online and is similar to Paypal, which is not available in South Africa.  You will be guided to register with Setcom.    

Shipping:

We generally ship within 3-4 business days from the time your payment is received. Parcels are sent registerd airmail with the South African Post Office.

Please note that each customer is responsible for import fees which may be levied by their country’s border control.

Wrapping and Gift Service:

All our products are creatively wrapped, making use of new and found paper and packaging.

Our products make ideal gifts!  They are always dispatched in creative wrapping.  We can add a personalised handwritten gift tag if you would like to send it as a special gift to a friend or relative.

Vintage Refreshed:

Our products are all hand-made.  Many of them make use of vintage materials.  Please understand that these may show signs of wear and tear.  Appreciate the unique touch that the passing of time has added to the product.
